KAMIKI Original Whisky

KAMIKI Whisky creates their signature whisky where "KAMI" means God and "IKI" means breath. They craft a smooth, complex spirit driven by pure malted barley, aged in oak barrels then finished in non-charred local cedar casks. Their unique second maturation technique uses Yoshino Sugi Japanese Cedar casks, creating the world's first whisky with Japanese cedar cask finish. This process delivers perfectly balanced heather honey and sandalwood on the nose, sweet caramel and Japanese plum on the palate, with hints of toffee and green tea zest in the finish.
