The London Honey Company was set up in 1999 in Bermondsey, South East London. Chef’s favourite; this light acacia honey is infused with premium black truffle slices sourced from a family-run business in the Apennines. It has a balanced yet fragrant taste. Drizzle over roast vegetables or use to finish an autumnal soup.
