Hodmedod’s is the brainchild of Nick, Josiah, and William. They are three food lovers on a mission to revive Britain’s lost pulses and grains. With a deep-rooted respect for the land and the farmers who work it, they champion fava beans, lentils, and quinoa grown on British soil.
