ABOUT THE MAKER

Stiff Tea Brewing Company based in Manchester and launching in late 2024 was founded by Zach Taylor, who combined his craft beer and kombucha expertise to create a bold new fusion. The brand brews and re-ferments kombucha for a boozy kick, then infuses it with vibrant fruit juices, purees, and hops—just like your favourite craft beers. Stiff Tea appeals to adventurous drinkers who love fruited sours, radlers, Belgian styles, ciders, and kombucha alike, all while being vegan and gluten-free.
