This Spanish-style hot chocolate is made using organic, fair-trade, non-alkalised cocoa powder, with a hint of smoky chipotle chilli. It has a thick, smooth consistency. Stir into warm milk and allow to cool slightly for a mug of hot chocolate with a hum of heat.
