Grower Series, Pinot Noir Red Wine, France

Grower Series is a collaborative project with renowned wineries from various parts of the world, providing outstanding wines that deliver exceptional value, grown organically and sustainably. This is a collaboration with Moulin de Gassac from Languedoc: an estate is widely recognised as the “first growth of Languedoc,” with its flagship complex southern French Estate wines. Made with 100% Pinot Noir, this red has a bright cherry-red colour and a nose of sweet spices and red summer berries. The palate is juicy and fresh, with a savoury backbone and well-balanced tannins and acidity. Excellent value: serve with grilled salmon, roast chicken or light pasta dishes.
