Grower Series is a collaborative project with renowned wineries from various parts of the world, providing outstanding wines that deliver exceptional value, grown organically and sustainably. This Merlot is a collaboration with the family-owned Rouxvale estate from the Western Cape in South Africa. It's a medium-bodied, fruit-forward, uncomplicated and easy-drinking red, with flavours of red berries, apple, strawberries, and blackberry. The crispness and acidity is long lasting and balanced, as are the tannins, with a touch of well-integrated oak. Pair with grilled meats or aged cheeses, and decant for 30 minutes before serving for the best experience.
