This un-oaked Chenin Blanc is made just inland from Stellenbosch in nearby Robertson. Expect tropical notes balanced by freshness such as lemon, guava, fresh pineapple, green bell pepper and ripe green apples. Serve very chilled with an array of foods from chicken, to salad, to vegetable dishes.
