Easton Chilli started life as a homemade Christmas gift made by founder Rikki. This mild sriracha-style sauce is made by fermenting long green palivec chillies with garlic and makrut lime leaf; it is then finished with extra lime leaf and brown sugar syrup. It has a tangy, fermented flavour. Drizzle over everything.
Easton Chilli hand makes delicious chilli jam in small batches in Bristol. It was founded with sustainability, ethics, and circular economics at its heart. The spicy, sweet condiment is available in a range of fun and creative flavours.
