This is a 100% organic, deeply savoury, grass-fed Beef Fat, which is perfect for cooking, in place of vegetable oils or butter.

Traditionally cherished as a versatile oil with a high smoke point, this brings a superior taste and texture to your home cooking.

It's great for roasting potatoes to create a crunchy crust and deeply savoury flavour, it's great for pan-frying steaks, for stir-, air- or shallow-frying, or for sauteeing vegetables to make the base of sauces and gravies.

This is made using British organic beef, and it doesn't contain additives and is not hydrogenated.
