Hedgerow Harvest Cordial

Gimlet Drinks make exciting bottles designed with a focus on flavour and fun. This Hedgerow Harvest Cordial is based upon an old Temperance movement recipe. It contains Gimlet's own cider and berry vinegar, stinging nettles, mint, zests and berries. Serve with ice, sparkling water and fresh mint leaves for a delicate soft drink. For an even more tart drink, add a dash more cider vinegar or lemon juice. Try with any white spirit or dark spirit, or add to a glass of sparkling wine ‘kir-royale’ style.
