ABOUT THE MAKER

Gimlet Drinks make exciting bottles designed with a focus on flavour and fun. Their concoctions are all made by hand, using raw and local ingredients: from berries, roots and herbs they grow in Somerset, to citrus from an organic producer in Sicily, and other special fruits from further afield. Without ever resorting to artificial preservatives, concentrates or stabilisers, these drinks are a true expression of the land, and are alive with natural colour, pulp, spice and vibrant flavours.
