Flavors of the Mediterranean: Greek & Italian Cookbooks

Gi Press is a small publishing house making illustrated books on food, led by writer and editor Georgia Spanos. This bundle brings together both of Spanos’ cookbooks – one Greek, one Italian – each pairing personal stories with vibrant, home-style recipes. ‘When the Fish Came to Shore’ explores Greek-Cypriot flavours through colourful illustrations and a short story that sets the tone for summery, ingredient-led cooking. ‘When the Tomatoes Are Ready’ draws from Spanos’ Nonna’s Calabrian kitchen, full of Southern Italian warmth and charm.
