Fir Tree Honey (Limited Production)

Riza's raw and unfiltered Fir Tree Honey is produced once a year in the Peloponnese forests at 1100 m by Vasilis and Sotiris. Thick and creamy with caramel and citrus notes, it earned Silver and Gold European Taste Awards. Low in glucose, it never crystallizes. Perfect drizzled over Greek yogurt, fruits, nuts, or cheese, it is the only Greek honey with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status.
