Since being taught how to make traditional Korean kimchi from her elder generations in her childhood in Seoul, South Korea, Kay has been making kimchi for over 30 years. A craft which has to be practiced to precision to be so delicious, Kay’s Kimchi has been perfected from a long, generational family recipe. Since moving to the U.K in 1994, she has made kimchi for friends and family who always loved her recipe and wanted more. She has now decided to share it and show others what truly delicious, authentic Korean kimchi tastes like. It is made with proper time, love and care. 🫶🏼 Beachu Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made with salted fermented Chinese cabbage. It is nutrient-dense, contains probiotics, and helps support the immune system and reduce inflammation, and more. It tastes deliciously fresh, crunchy with some spice. Ingredients for Vegan Baechu-Kimchi (배추김치): chinese cabbage, daikon radish, spring onion, onion, chili peppers, garlic, ginger, apple, chili powder, salt, sugar, rice flour, dried kelp, sesame seeds.

Best to eat after 2 weeks to 1 month of fermentation from day of production, dependent on your taste. The longer it is fermented, the stronger the flavour. See packaging for production date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 month.
