ABOUT THE MAKER
Kay’s Kimchi is a mother-daughter-owned small business based in London. They make homemade natural kimchi by Kay who was taught to make traditional Korean kimchi by her elder generations in Seoul, South Korea. With over 30 years of experience; her generational family recipe uses fresh and vibrant ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for Vegan Baechu-Kimchi (배추김치): chinese cabbage, daikon radish, spring onion, onion, chili peppers, garlic, ginger, apple, chili powder, salt, sugar, rice flour, dried kelp, sesame seeds. Best to eat after 2 weeks to 1 month of fermentation from day of production, dependent on your taste. The longer it is fermented, the stronger the flavour. See packaging for production date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 month.
