Ingredients for Original Baechu-Kimchi (배추김치): chinese cabbage, daikon radish, spring onion, onion, chili peppers, garlic, ginger, apple, chili powder, salt, sugar, rice flour, dried kelp, anchovy sauce, shrimp paste, sesame seeds.
Best to eat after 2 weeks to 1 month of fermentation from day of production, dependent on your taste. The longer it is fermented, the stronger the flavour. See packaging for production date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 month.
