Dr. Sting’s Hot Honey is created in small batches filtered, filled and sealed by hand in South-East London. It is created using 100% Blossom honey mixed with organic chillies and high-quality apple cider vinegar. The combination of sweetness and heat gives the condiment its full flavour. Add to dipping sauces and marinades.
