ABOUT THE MAKER

Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec is located on a flat land in Languedoc which was the ancient bed of the River Aude. The soil is deep with clay and chalk, and there are still sources of water that roots can access. The plots also benefit from cool Tramontane winds. Lionel and Cathy Boutié run the vineyard with their two children, following organic practices since 1999 and now also biodynamic agriculture.
