Domaine Jean Huttard is a sibling-run 160-year-old winery in the Alsace region of France making organic, low-intervention wines that balance tradition and innovation. This lively blend of Pinot Gris, Sylvaner, and Gewurztraminer grapes bursts with wild rose and orange zest on the nose, and shows off a palate with stone fruits, nuttiness and brine. It's perfect for pairing with spicy meats, earthy veg dishes, or a creamy cheese. Certified organic, biodynamic principles, unfiltered, vegan, and with no added sulphites. ABV: 13%.
Located near Colmar around a village called Zellenberg, Domaine Jean Huttard winery is 160 years old. Siblings Helene and Antoine produce low intervention, organic certified wines, balancing tradition, innovation and a deep respect for the environment. The vineyard is small — 5 hectares — but divided into many parcels, enabling the winemakers to create a variety of micro-cuveés.
