Using only English heritage and ancient wheats, The Fresh Flour Company create flours, pasta, noodles, crackers and biscuits. These sourdough digestive biscuits have been handmade in Devon. They have a subtle sweetness that is perfectly paired with tangy sea salt. Great alongside a comté.

The Fresh Flour Company make everyday products brilliantly. They mill British heritage and ancient wheat varieties using traditional and organic methods. The brand is the only company in the UK to grow, mill, and make dried pasta.

INGREDIENTS

Milled flours (wheats, oat, barley) a large serving of sourdough mother, unrefined granulated sugar, palm flour sugar, tickelmoor butter, devon sea salt, organic sea salt, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder.
