A seasonal limited edition brew: a clean saison beer, brewed with locally foraged elderflowers! Brewed in collaboration with Cloak + Dagger, and released just in time for the sunny weather.
A lightly peppery and citrussy fermentation profile supports an intensely floral, sweet aroma of elderflower. Bittered just enough to keep the sweetness in check, and fermented nice and dry.
Deliciously refreshing and remarkably complex. Enjoy chilled. It is vegan-friendly too.
