A lightly peppery and citrussy fermentation profile supports an intensely floral, sweet aroma of elderflower. Bittered just enough to keep the sweetness in check, and fermented nice and dry.
Deliciously refreshing and remarkably complex. Enjoy chilled. It is vegan-friendly too.
