Cornish Sardines in Olive Oil

Line-caught on the Charlotte Clare vessel by third-generation skipper Tom, these Newlyn-landed sardines are hand-filleted and slowly simmered in extra-virgin olive oil for a luxurious taste. Their citrusy notes shine in salads with grapefruit and herbs, on sourdough with Cornish butter and tomatoes, or folded through linguine or curries.
