Madam Chang’s Kaya creates artisanal kaya, which is a Malaysian Coconut Curd. Best paired with coffee, this particular jar has been created in collaboration with Anglesey cold-brew company Derw Coffee. It has a sweet, robust flavour. Spread on toast or through yoghurt.
