ABOUT THE MAKER
The Coconut Kitchen started as a food truck in a caravan site and then grew into a restaurant which is where the the sauces were also born. The restaurant was sold in 2018 after 11 successfull years and now they pop up everywhere! Their main focus is to to develop more cooking sauces and pastes to help making delicious Thai food as easy as possible to cook at home.
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients: Water, sugar, naturally brewed soy sauce (water, soya beans, wheat, salt, alcohol), onion puree, white wine vinegar, rapeseed oil, miso (water, soya beans, rice, salt, alcohol), red chilli puree (3%), garlic puree (3%), yeast extract, cornflour, dried onion, salt, Thai basil (1%), tamarind paste, dried garlic (0.5%), green peppercorns (0.5%), chilli powder (0.2%), stabiliser (xanthan gum).
