A mouth-watering stir-fry sauce made with toasted chilli, garlic, basil and green peppercorns. It is packed full of flavour with a medium spicy kick that brings serious depth to any dish.

Inspired by the classic Pad Krapao, this sauce pairs beautifully with steak or king prawns, and works just as well with chicken or minced pork. As it is vegan-friendly, it is also delicious with crunchy vegetables like green beans, baby corn or pak choi.

Its bold flavour also makes it a great marinade for grilling or BBQ.
