Savvy Ferments creates raw unpasteurised sauerkraut packed full of good bacteria. This brightly coloured blend combines earthy beetroot, red and white cabbage, warming chilli, and sweet fragrant dill. Enjoy its sour tang and crunch. Use to dress up a jacket potato.

ABOUT THE MAKER

Savvy Ferments was set up by Brighton-based couple Savvy and Stevo who wanted to create delicious raw, un-pasteurized sauerkrauts. Using a wild fermentation process; each batch is bursting with beneficial gut bacteria powered with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. The company offer a range of bold flavour combinates including turmeric curry, Tom Yum Thai, jalapeño & lime, and fennel & chipotle.
