ABOUT THE MAKER

Located in Saint Germain de La Rivière, Château L'Escarderie is a historic 19th-century vineyard managed by Mélanie and Thomas since 2015. They practice traditional methods and are dedicated to low intervention winemaking, using manual harvesting, gravity cellars, indigenous yeasts, as well as aging in amphora and barrels. Their 5 hectares of vines grow in clay-limestone and sandy-clay soils.
