The Classic Chai is a flavourful mix of ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, and four other spices, sweetened with coconut sugar and no refined sugars. Vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free, it offers a range of benefits for digestion and metabolism. Mix 1 tablespoon of chai blend into 230ml (8oz) of hot milk or add it to tea or coffee. Sprinkle it into oats, yogurt, or baked goods for a sweet treat.
