Tacacucina started making products in 2020 at the start of lockdown when her cafe closed down. Here, she creates deliciously sweet and hot jalapeños that perfectly balance heat with sweetness. She add's cider vinegar and turmeric to complement the syrup, creating a versatile condiment that's completely vegan. Perfect on toasted cheese, in salads, on pizzas, over eggs and avocados—or enjoyed straight from the jar for those who love bold flavours.
