Tillingham is a boundary-pushing English winery in East Sussex, known for its experimental methods and low-intervention style. This bundle brings together three of their standout bottles. The Col Fondo is a zesty, unfiltered sparkling with notes of salty lemon, elderflower and apple. The Rosé is fresh and floral, with rose petal aromatics and a crisp cranberry finish. Endgrain is a vibrant white with lime, elderflower and gooseberry, held together by bright, linear acidity. Serve chilled with seafood, salads or a picnic spread.
