Allora is a bold new lemon aperitivo from Procida, Italy’s ‘Isola dei Limoni’, blending sweet peels, bitter leaves, and botanicals for a fresh twist on spritzes and classic cocktails. Embracing Procida’s lemons, leaves, and local craft - Allora uses both the fruit’s sweet peel and their bitter leaves. Taking inspiration from the island’s limoncello processes before infusing a selection of herbs and botanicals to create a new and refreshing lemon spirit. Their signature serve is the ‘Allora Spritz’ developed with the aperitivo moment in mind. The goal was simplicity and quality - meaning the ‘Allora Spritz’ doesn’t need prosecco: simply combine 75ml Allora with 75ml Soda, served over ice. Also perfect used in a negroni, martini or paloma.
