Allora is a lemon aperitivo that serves up a different way to spritz. An innovative new lemon spirit with a unique recipe and signature serve, ‘The Allora Spritz’. Using lemons from Procida, a little known, sun-drenched isle nestled in the bay of Naples neighbouring Capri and Ischia, known locally as the ‘Isola dei limoni’. Embracing Procida’s lemons, leaves, and local craft - Allora uses both the fruit’s sweet peel and their bitter leaves. Taking inspiration from the island’s limoncello processes before infusing a selection of herbs and botanicals to create a new and refreshing lemon spirit. Aside from the 'Allora Spritz', Allora has been used by mixologists across the UK in negronis, martinis, palomas and margaritas.
