Abingdon Distillery's white rum is aged in the highest quality maple syrup casks, hailing from the Canadian border. It's aged for a minimum of 12 months, to create a unique and delicious sipping rum.
It's aromatic with maple and cinder toffee. The primary flavours are warming caramel, cinnamon and ginger, and the finish is fragrant and comforting, with notes of soft maple syrup and aromatic spices.
Sip neat over ice, or use to make a rum old fashioned.
ABV: 42%.
Abingdon Distillery is proud to be a distillery that makes their own rum, from scratch, in the countryside of Oxfordshire.
Their pure white rum is slowly fermented from organic Columbian panela (dried cane juice) & distilled using a column still. Exceptionally smooth & unique, their white rum has notes of vanilla, white chocolate, coconut & cracked black pepper.
