Trodden Black was started by Kit, a chef with a decade of experience who channelled culinary skills into a small chilli preserves business. Their mission is to challenge what a hot sauce or chilli jam can be, creating bold flavours that spark new connections between memory and taste. They simply love making sauces that are seriously hot and genuinely different.
