Nina Parker, a London-based chef, handcrafts her Saucy products just outside the city. Inspired by a Sri Lankan chef on Capri during a cookbook shoot, Nina developed her signature chilli oil, which she later bottled—launching Saucy in 2023. The range includes three bold, versatile condiments made in small batches with fresh, gluten-free, vegan ingredients and no preservatives. She’s also created an exclusive chilli oil for DELLI.
