I take inspiration from everything I ate in my childhood growing up in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Then I mix it up and put a new slant on it.
My first drop is Sambal Shiok's unique curry laksa paste. All you need to do is add coconut milk, stock (or water!), noodles and toppings of your choice to end up with an award-winning, restaurant-quality meal. One jar contains enough paste for between 2 to 6 bowls of laksa, depending on how much you like chillies!
