Pat & Pinky’s was founded by Pat, who was inspired by his late mother, Pinky, and her incredible Guyanese cooking. Based in the UK, the business produces a unique range of hot sauces made with the WIRI WIRI chilli pepper, sourced directly from Guyana’s farmers. With a mission to showcase Guyana’s rich cultural heritage, Pat & Pinky’s brings bold flavours to the world while supporting local farmers and the economy.
