Acme Fire Cult kicked off in the pandemic days, with chef Andrew Clarke and his crew firing up old barbecues in a Hackney car park, bringing bold flavours to 1200 diners a weekend. Based in East London, they’re all about live-fire cooking with a twist—grilling up (mainly) seasonal veg, paired with banging cocktails and tunes. Their mission? To create a proper communal vibe around honest, flavour-packed food cooked over flames.
