ABOUT THE MAKER
London-based manufacturer Belazu has been supplying authentic and delicious produce for over 25 years. They stock responsibly sourced Mediterranean and Middle Eastern ingredients for professional chefs and home cooks. Originally established in 1991 as The Fresh Olive Company, they produce 100 tonnes of fresh olives a week with more than 500 product lines including oils, vinegars, Mediterranean vegetables, pestos, nuts and culinary pastes.
