Vinařství Válka - Riesling WILD: Czech Orange Wine

This light orange Riesling comes from organic-certified vineyards. After de-stemming and crushing, the grapes underwent a short 10-day skin fermentation and stainless steel tank vinification. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and gentle herbaceous notes lead to a lively, saline finish with bright acidity and almost no tannins. ABV: 11.5%
