Pump Street Chocolate operates a bean-to-bar approach when creating their handmade chocolate. This bar of Togo Swiss Milk Chocolate uses cocoa beans from the women-run Kekeli Cooperative in Togo alongside milk powder made from local Swiss milk. Extra creamy in consistency, it has notes of baked cheesecake, whey caramel and warm spices. Best enjoyed with tea and biscuits.
