The Gochugaru Chilli Oil offers a bold Korean twist on the classic chilli crisp. Made with Gochugaru and chilli flakes, it delivers a satisfying crunch and a balanced heat. Ideal for noodles, stir-fries, fried eggs, and dumplings – it works with just about anything. Vegan-friendly.

ABOUT THE MAKER

The Korean Pantry was founded by Cindy Robert, a pastry chef turned kimchi maker, after years of learning from South Korean masters. With deep knowledge gained from cooking alongside chefs and Korean mums, she brings authentic flavours to London. Through her artisan kimchi and cooking classes, Cindy shares her expertise in Korean cuisine.
