A premium tequila that's made by ageing the signature Tequila Blanco in ex-bourbon barrels for 6-8 months, leaving it with a golden hue, and smooth, rounded, buttery mouthfeel. It's produced by the only independent, family-run distillery in Mexico, that uses traditional methods of production: brick ovens, natural-fermentation, and mature agaves. Tasting notes are of cooked agave, vanilla, butter, citrus, and orange peel.
