Tahini

A smooth, creamy, luscious sesame seed spread.

Made on Mount Gerazim, near the birthplace of Tahini, this is made using sesame seeds from Ethiopia, which is hailed as the best sesame-producing land in the world. The sesame seeds are carefully roasted to release their rich, nutty flavour. They are then slowly double-ground, to create a super creamy texture and an incredibly fine finish.

Try using it in hummus, drizzle over roasted aubergines with pomegranate seeds, mix with yoghurt, garlic and lemon to dress grilled meats or fish, or use it in baking.
