ABOUT THE MAKER

Sylt was established in 2021 by friends and former colleagues Ash Ringhus and Temi Olugbenga. Frustrated by the lengthy process of home pickling, they created ready-made pickling liquids that eliminate the need to boil and cool vinegar solutions. This innovative approach allows you to enjoy pickled produce without the hassle, offering a wide variety of flavours for your culinary creations.
