These chewy, chocolate-orange flavoured Teff Bites are made from a delicious blend of gut-healthy ingredients. Each cookie is a sweet, and soft in texture, and coated in a thin layer of rich chocolate to satisfy your sweet tooth. The recipe is inspired by the iconic Jaffa Cake!

This is the essential on-the-go snack, and a smart alternative to ultra-processed snacks. The key ingredient is an ancient grain called teff, shown to improve gut microbiome. They are high in fibre and free from gluten, nuts, soy, refined sugar and anything artificial.

Each teff snack contains: ancient supergrain teff, less natural sugar than a banana, more fibre than a bowl of bran flakes. Perfect for when you're on the go, for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, or to enjoy with a hot cup of coffee.
