CULTJAR aims to create depth of flavour & longer lasting deliciousness through their home grown and hand pickled products. They have created this premium piccalilli in collaboration with Rob Howell of Root Restaurants in Wells and Bristol. They've carefully crafted this traditional condiment using 27 plant-based natural ingredients, bringing together their fermentation expertise with Rob's culinary vision to deliver a vibrant, complex pickle that celebrates the best of Somerset's flavours.
INGREDIENTS

cauliflower, apple cider vinegar, courgettes, cucumbers, fennel, red peppers, green peppers, carrots, apple, honey, fine beans, mangetout, celery, mustard, chilli, garlic, ginger, sugar, salt, turmeric, mixed spices.
