Grape skins are full of flavour, so why not make them the star of the show?
Bursting with tropical flavours and thrilling acidity. We have blended four rare white grapes, macerated for 2 weeks on skins in a concrete tank, with 85% destemmed and the rest as whole-bunch.

A natural libation produced in ancient vineyards using rare, native grape varieties. Guided by nature using indigenous yeast & minimal sulphur. Certified organic, vegan by nature.
