ABOUT THE MAKER

Sipello began in lockdown, with one man cycling 800km around London, delivering samples to bartenders for their expert feedback on taste and design. That dedication has made Sipello a favourite at 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. While crafted for cocktails, Sipello & Tonic is the perfect mix—think of it as the love child of a spritz and a G&T!
