Maravilla' Raspberry Jam

British Maravilla raspberries are used to make this delicious raspberry preserve. They're cooked in small batches for the shortest time possible to preserve their tart and fresh fruity flavour. Absolutely delicious with yoghurt, drizzled over granola or simply with toasted sourdough and salted butter.
