Cornish Hake With Rosemary & Capers

Hake is a succulent white fish that is preserved in extra virgin olive oil and paired with the classic Mediterranean flavours of rosemary, capers and garlic. This holy trinity of aromats infuses the olive oil and compliments this prized British fish perfectly. Serve this tin with some crusty bread to mop up all the delicious herby oil, and a glass of chilled wine, if liked.

The hake is harvested from the certified hake fishery in Cornwall, England. The certification it has gained means it is well-managed and sustainable.
